Where are you based?

Kuuru Pop is located in Cambridge, England with all of our stock kept here. That means you won't have to wait weeks for your order to arrive, plus there will be no customs charges within the EU!

Do you have an offline store?

We do not have an offline store.

You can collect orders from our warehouse - please contact us if you wish to arrange a collection from our warehouse unit in Cambridge. Please arrange a time at least 48 hours in advance so that we can ensure someone is available to help you. We can accept online payment or cash in person.
 

Which new Kpop CDs will you be stocking?

Check out our Upcoming Kpop Releases list for the latest info on new releases and their estimated arrival date.
If you are interested in a CD that is not on the list, please do contact us to ask.

Will you be attending conventions?

Our apologies but we will no longer be exhibiting at any conventions/Comic Cons.

How do I sign up for a customer account?
 
You can sign up for an account when you go through checkout.
 
What is VAT and why do I have to pay it?
 
VAT (Value Added Tax) is a 20% tax imposed by UK HM Revenue & Customs. The VAT is paid to HMRC, we do not keep these proceeds.
 
I'm looking for something that's not in your store, can you get it for me?

We're always looking to expand our range so if you have any suggestions about items you cannot find in our store, please contact us.
However, please note that we are not able to make new plushes. Our apologies, but we do not manufacture the plushes ourselves so are unable to fulfill new or custom requests.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

Restocking times will vary by item, so please do contact us for further information. You can enter your email address on the product page to be automatically notfied when it is back in stock.

 
Do CDs/DVDs include posters?

Sorry, but none of our CDs or DVDs include posters unless otherwise advertised.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal. You do NOT need a Paypal account to checkout.

While Paypal is our preferred payment method due to the security it offers both to the seller and buyer, we can also accept postal orders (within the UK) and bank transfers (worldwide).

What is a bank transfer?

A bank transfer means you must manually transfer money to from your account to our account. This can usually be done through online banking or in a bank.

How do I checkout without a Paypal account?

Fill out your personal details and select your Delivery Option.



Please review your details on the Order Summary page and then click on the first Payment Method.


You will be re-directed to the Paypal website. Please select the 'Pay with a debit or credit card' option that is directly below the Paypal login area.


Enter your card details and click 'Pay'. All done!


When will you dispatch my order?

All items are in stock in the UK and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received.
Please note that it is not possible for us to ship parcels on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

How do you package orders?

The packaging will vary depending on the products ordered, but we always pack orders with the utmost care and using the most durable packaging available to ensure their safe delivery.

Specifically:
Plushes, cushions and hats will be sent in strong mailing bags.
CDs, DVDs and light sticks will be shipped in well-padded cardboard boxes that are clearly marked as fragile.
Posters will be sent in card-backed envelopes to prevent them from being bent.
Wall scrolls are packaged in poster tubes.

My Paypal address is different from my shipping address and I couldn't change it!

We always use the shipping address provided on our website for dispatch, not the address on Paypal so please don't worry. If you need confirmation, please contact us.


Is there a minimum spend to get free UK delivery?

No, all orders within the UK benefit from free Second Class postage regardless of the order total.

What delivery service do you use?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We do not use Yodel, Hermes or other similar couriers.

How long does UK delivery take?

We offer 3 UK delivery services - Second Class (FREE), First Class and Special Delivery Next Day.

Second Class is estimated as approximately 2-3 business days after dispatch.
First Class is estimated as approximately 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Special Delivery Next Day guarantees delivery before 1pm on the following business day after dispatch (does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays). We recommend this service for urgent orders.

- These delivery estimates begin after the order is dispatched, not after you make the order. You will receive an email once your parcel has been sent.
- Business days are Monday - Friday, please do not include weekends when estimating delivery.
- Please note the use of the word 'estimate' throughout. Second Class and First Class are not guaranteed services and can occasionally suffer minor delays.

Help, my order hasn't arrived yet!

Please don't worry! In our experience very few parcels are lost. Here a few things to check:

1. Are you sure you selected the correct delivery address?
Please check that you have entered the correct delivery address for your order. It can be easy to select the wrong one if you have several listed.

2. Have you checked with your neighbours and sorting office?
We would strongly recommend checking with both your neighbours and your local sorting office as postmen sometimes do not leave the red 'Something for you' collection cards or the cards get lost. Very few parcels are lost completely - most seemingly delayed parcels are eventually returned to us by Royal Mail as 'Not Collected' from the sorting office so please do check.

3. How long has it been since you ordered?
Unfortunately on rare occasions parcels can be delayed by Royal Mail. We recommend allowing 5 business days before contacting us.

If you have followed all of the above steps and still have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Where do you ship to?

We ship to all countries worldwide. There are no restrictions on location.

So far, we have dispatched orders to 74 different countries!

How long does international delivery take?

APPROXIMATE delivery times for international shipping:

Europe - 3-5 business days after dispatch (SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS - Italy and Russia can take up to 14 business days).
Outside of Europe - 7-10 business days after dispatch.

- These delivery estimates begin after the order is dispatched, not after you make the order. You will receive an email once your parcel has been sent.
- Business days are Monday - Friday, please do not include weekends when estimating shipping.
- The above estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, but most parcels should arrive within these times. Please be aware that international shipping can often vary due to customs checks and other factors.

How much does international shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate international shipping, so you pay the same low price even if you order lots of items!

Standard (No Tracking) is £5.
Tracked and Signed is £12.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard shipping does NOT include tracking.

What delivery service do you use?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. This means parcels will then be delivered by the local postal service in your country.

Is express shipping available?

We can send parcels by express 2 or 4 day delivery to most locations worldwide, however please be aware that these services are considerably more expensive. If you require express shipping please contact us for a shipping quote. Remember to include the items you wish to order, your location and the date you require delivery.

Where can I track my parcel?

We recommend using either Royal Mail or 17track to track your parcel.

Please note that if you selected Standard shipping there is no tracking for your parcel.

Help, my order hasn't arrived yet!

Please don't worry! In our experience very few parcels are lost. Here a few things to check:

If you are not at home, the postman might leave your parcel with your neighbours or take it back to the post office. Please do check both before contacting us - most seemingly delayed parcels are eventually returned to us 'Not Collected' from the sorting office so please do check.

3. How long has it been since you ordered?
Unfortunately international shipping can occasionally be delayed for many different reasons such as customs checks, bad weather and your local postal services. We recommend allowing 10 business days before contacting us.

If you have followed all of the above steps and still have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Can I return an item?

If you are in any way dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange, as appropriate. The item must be returned in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging - specifically, CDs and DVDs must be unopened, in their original shrinkwrap.


How do I earn loyalty points?

You will earn loyalty points on every purchase you make - as long as you're logged into your user account. They will then be automatically added to your loyalty points balance once your order has been completed.

How do I spend loyalty points?

You must earn a total of 150 points before you can spend loyalty points. Once you have at least 150 loyalty points you will be able to select them as a payment method when going through checkout.

Do loyalty points expire?

No! Unlike some other websites, our loyalty points never expire so don't worry about your rewards disappearing.
